	Unsettled Weather Possible For The West.

The First of possibly may storm systems will start to impact the area Thursday as a cold front moves though followed by another Friday then Saturday, a smaller colder wave Sunday and a break on Monday, The what looks like a bigger wave Around the Tuesday time frame. All these waves will create precip, Starting Thursday with the first waves, the again Saturday. Sundays storm look like it will effect the mtns more that the valley is any precip.

As you see the storm door stays open possibly after the stream of storms late this week. The other storms would bee cold and I don't know yet how much moisture would be in them yet. This will be caused by a huge upper level low in the Gulf of Alaska spiraling in other smaller lows with their cold fronts. Snow would be associated with these possibly down to 4000'.

As you see the Black lines with arrows is the jet stream next week which would keep us in a cold wet pattern, Bringing snow to the mtns and possibly foothills. this would effect the whole west coast including California. I don't have to much info yet but will updates this as much as possible as the models update.

P.S - The GFS is very confident with this and i can see the storm on the Canadian Model. Waiting For the time frame for the ECMWF. This is looking up.

I notice that the official WU forecast for Livermore, CA is starting to pickup on your forecast. From "High and Dry" just a few days ago, they've got us jacked up to a 30% COP for Thursday night and most of Friday. We really need a wet winter all over California.

Hey uh Taz i don't know what Model runs they are im not an expert in the z - time and stuff (i look at the GFS (Mid - Night Update!!!, Canadian Model, and ECMWF), BUT GUESS WHAT!!!!! - The GFS has VERY low snow levels by Next Thursday and Friday!!!! It look great!!!!. -Tyler

after a while the GFS makes small squares of precip big ones so i cant tell yet but it looks like possibly foothills.....will see is it stays confident at 6AM GFS update(3AM PST) .

just two days so far, Im not toooooo confident, but i have looked at it alot now and I am slightly more confident.....PS - Canadian Model update Has a large storm developing for next week tapping into tropical moisture but would make landfall some where around that snow event so either way some thing could happen...I am watching.....CLOSELY. -Tyler
