THE WEATHER ZONE

Hey Chuck!

It seems the computer models want to bring the cold and snow back by late November. Seeing how the pattern has been, I expect it to become cold and snowy by late November and into late December. The GFS and ECMWF models show stormier and colder times ahead.

I'll probably be gone later today too. The family is up here, and that means some kind of party is likely.

It's a great day in NC (FINALLY!), with that nor'easter leaving the area, the clouds/wind/rain have went with it, and so have the cold raw 40Fs! I've got sunshine and temps in the mild mid to upper 70Fs, even wearing shorts, almost feels like Summer again! =D

Lost our sunshine here for a while :( drizzly...colder. Did you get pics???

lol, yeah that setting did us in too...noooo it got pretty dark and overcast, b4 it went down...yucky. No pics for me either, no good views. Too bad, we'll have other days! Glad you had a great time though.

The 18utc GFS shows a large snowstorm for the U.P on the 25th-26th. It's to far out to say for sure if we will get a storm, but it will be unsettled.

With everything all black and dead, I'm not taking as much photos. This means I will be able to upload the nicest photos of 2009, without having to worry about uploading new photos on to my computer. I'm going to try and upload a few photos to WU each day. I have to ton to upload, but the task gets tiring, so I will probably only upload 4 a day. The thing that makes uploading harder is changing photo size and resolution.

Well, it looks like we have all the clouds and you are in the clear, still nice up there eh? I seriously need to wu-mail you to learn how to post some 'live' maps for Chi on my blog...I keep looking at Michigan, lol! Hope you had a good day ;)
