   a. Tropical cyclone summary:
      (1) at 070000z, tropical depression 25w (twentyfive) was
located near 20.6n 155.8e, approximately 620 nm west of Wake Island,
and had tracked northwestward at 06 knots over the past six hours.
Maximum sustained surface winds were estimated at 25 knots gusting to
